Privacy Policy
This policy describes how blenvero (“we”) handles information when you use the website and editor at https://blenvero.com. The product combines two photos into one AI-generated image using task presets such as Couple Together, Product in Scene, Brand Creative, Before / After, Holiday Card, and Custom.
Who this applies to
It covers visitors, signed-in users, and customers who purchase credits or subscriptions. The service is operated by blenvero. For privacy requests, contact shua6715@gmail.com.
Account and sign-in
You can sign in with Google (Auth.js / NextAuth). We store your account id, email, and optional profile fields shared by Google (such as name and avatar URL). Session cookies keep you signed in so you can access credits, history, and downloads. Details about cookies and browser storage are in our Cookie Policy.
Images, prompts, and generations
When you use the editor we process the two images you upload, the selected preset, optional creative direction text, quality and aspect settings, and the generated outputs. Uploads and results are stored in private object storage (Cloudflare R2) scoped to your account. Images and prompts are sent to fal.ai (and models we configure through it) to complete generation and related vision or planning steps. Free trial outputs may include a watermark; completed PayPal purchases unlock watermark-free generations as described in the product UI.
The browser may also keep a short-lived editor draft (images and settings) in IndexedDB on your device so you can resume work after leaving the page.
Credits, payments, and subscriptions
We keep credit balances, credit transactions (including signup grants and automatic restore when a generation fails), and purchase or subscription records needed to fulfill your order. PayPal processes payment details; we do not store your full PayPal password or card numbers. We may store PayPal order or subscription identifiers, plan status, and amounts for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support.
Activity history and feedback
Signed-in users can view past jobs in My Activity, including prompts and input/output references needed to regenerate context or download again. You can permanently delete an individual generation and its stored input and output images from My Activity. Optional usability feedback on a result (usable / not usable) may be stored with that job to improve the product.
Product analytics
We record limited first-party product events such as upload starts, preset selection, generation start/success/failure, downloads, pricing views, prompt copy actions, and result feedback. Before sign-in, events may be tied to a random identifier in local storage (fusekit_anonymous_id). After sign-in, events may also be associated with your account. We also use Google Analytics 4 (via Google tag / gtag.js) for aggregated traffic and engagement metrics when the measurement ID is configured. We do not sell this data or use it for cross-site advertising.
Service providers
We use providers only to run the product: Auth.js for authentication; our application database for accounts, credits, and analytics events; Google Analytics for site traffic measurement; Cloudflare R2 for private media storage; fal.ai for image generation and related model calls; and PayPal for checkout and subscriptions. Each provider processes data under its own terms and security controls.
Retention
Account records and stored assets remain until you delete a generation, request account deletion, or the account is closed. Legal, tax, and fraud-prevention records may be kept longer where required. fal.ai and other processors may retain API request logs for a limited time for abuse monitoring and security under their policies.
Your choices
Only upload material you have the right to process. You may access or correct account details via the Contact page, delete individual generations in My Activity, clear browser cookies and local drafts, and request deletion of your account and associated stored assets subject to legal retention needs.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
